    If you want to loose fat naturally, you may want to check out the Alkaline Acid Diet too! It’s not a first hand recommendation, since I’m blessed with exceptional genes: I can’t gain weight (yes, you can hate me :) ) – but my ex-girlfriend used this alkaline acid diet with a great success!
