Your diet should be monitored daily. This is very useful for you to know how much calories you have eaten and how much calories you need to burn. You should also record your daily calorie intake in a dairy. Also know what your Maintenance Calories should be and what are your Calories for Optimal Fat Loss.
The easiest way to lose weight is to know and to learn about the food that makes you fat and how much calories they carry. Eliminate unnecessary calories from your diet. Eat more salads which are healthy. These healthy salads should come with lots of greens, vegetables, fruits, and beans can be topped with nutritious higher-fat foods such as nuts, cheese, lean meats, egg, or avocado. The salad dressing should be on the side and use it in moderation.
One of the easiest way to lose weight is to drink water. Sport drinks, sodas, gourmet coffee drinks, fruit juices and alcoholic beverages are drinks that contain unnecessary calories and you should avoid. These liquid calories are much easier and faster for you to consume compared to solid (food) calories. As plain water does not contain calories, it is advisable that you drink water as much as possible. Besides the fact that it does not contain calories, it also helps you lose weight by affecting your metabolism and it also helps your kidneys in doing their job as your kidneys need lots of water performing their jobs. Drinking water is one of the easiest way to lose weight.
Exercise Daily
Although some may say that exercise is not the easiest way to lose weight, you cannot avoid exercising because exercise contributes to your health and your weight loss. The easiest form of exercising is walking. Everybody walks every day. In other words, when you walk you exercise. This definitely is the easiest way to lose weight.
To get you walking, follow these simple steps:
1.If you can walk to your groceries stores, then walk, don’t drive
2.Use stairs when you are in the office or the mall. Do not use the lift
3.When you park, park further so that you walk further to your destination
4.If you like to walk, walk 30 minutes daily.
