My dad has a punching bag that hangs from the ceiling, I was wondering if there was any weight loss exercises using it? I am a girl and my prob. area is my tummie…

Punching bag work outs are cardio/aerobic exercises (just like running or cycling)
Just work on the bag for a while will burn alot of calories.

I am 14 and don’t think I am fat but COULD loose a bit of weight and get fitter. I need some exercises and foods that can help with this. I am always busy after school and when I am free, I am feel to lazy to go for a run or walk.
Any tips would be great!
I started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 119lbs

Fruits and Veggies
Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
Don’t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package….
…..THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD…..
If man made it, don’t eat it
NO white BREAD or SUGAR
NO FRIED FOOD…
Stay away from FAST FOOD
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………
Write down every thing you eat
Take a multi vitamin at night

What kind of diet and exercise regime should I follow to achieve loosing fat and building muscles? Should I concentrate more on cardio or weights? or should I balance them both? Is there any diet which allows to loose fat but at the same time helps in building muscles? I dont want to loose weight look lean. Can this be achieved?
No you can loose fat and build muscle at the same time because muscle building require eating more calories than you lose and fat loosing requires eating less calories than loosing.

My body fat percentage went down 5%, (from 29.7% to 24.7%) over the last six weeks. Is this a very good, a good or a mediocre improvement? I’ve also gained 5% lean muscle.
