Maybe you should try carb blockers. I think they block the first 500 carbs you eat. Try also drinking 10oz of water before you eat. Eat six small healthy meals a day with water. Published November 28, 2009 | I pulled my groin playing football(soccer) on saturday.
I had a nice routine of excercise going on, and I am really missing it.
Is there any excercise I can do that wont effect my groin, but can give me a good boost?
Is Swimming ok?
Goog suggesiton, not a big weight lifter, but this could be start of somethign great.
Any other suggestions, besides weight?
