I am very slim, but my legs look chunky and dont suit the rest of my body. When I diet/ exercise I loose weight on my upper half. How can I loose weight on my legs and thighs.

Is it possible?
I already do quite a bit of running. It has tonned my legs alot, but not made them thinner.

    You should work those areas. Try cardio specifically for the thighs and buns walking and running helps. You should not try to work them out using weights that may just make them look stronger by gaining more muscle on your legs.

    This sometimes happens to some people, the thing is you can’t spot reduce weight loss. Your body will pull from all parts of the body to use calories to burn for energy. I would recommend doing a lot more cardio. But, if your lower body has a lot of muscle mass than it may be a lot harder to get rid of the bulk. Good luck!

    do squats and lie on side with one leg flat on floor and raise the other leg in air, do how many you can and then turn over and do the same on other leg xxx

    ok. well the real way to lose weight fast and free is..

    1.ok well you need to comsum much less energy than your body needs. so you go on a hunger strike! yes i know people will not like this answer but its the fastest way.
    2. exercise silly- hop, run, walk, whatever! its the best way. (4 your legs power walkings best) ;)
