I have been doing lots of cardiovascular exercises to lose the fat arm!! But no matter how much exercise I do, the arm remains fat while the rest of my body became thinner already!! Is spot reduction a myth and is there such a thing as spot retention of fat?

Simple, your body is going to other areas of your body for the calories it needs while you are exercising. Stick with it, you will notice the change eventually. Trust me.

It’s a matter of genes also. Women tend to store fat on their arms more than man.
