I want to know about people opinion about relacore! have someone try it please let me know if it really works? I had a baby 10 months ago and i want to loose my belly and this product says that it helps to loose fat from the belly but before buying it I need to know if you or someone try this product?

It’s a scam. According to the makers of Relacore, stress causes your body to produce high levels of cortisol. Cortisol makes your body store fat on your stomach. The active ingredient in Relacore is magnolia bark extract, which contains a chemical called honokiol. Honokiol has been shown to reduce stress in animals, but there’s no proof that it reduces stress in humans. And even if it did, there’s no proof that reducing stress by taking honokiol will lower cortisol. And even if it did, all that would happen is you would store fat on your hips and thighs rather than your stomach. The only way to lose fat is to eat less and exercise more, and if you eat less and exercise more, you’re going to lose weight anyway. You won’t need to take Relacore.

youtube videos, recommendations,anything people…
i usually walk 30-40mins…whatever day i find the time..and do like 100jumping jacks..and stretch..but lately i seem to not lose any weight..as fast as i used too..and im bummed…(ive changed to eating healthier too so i shud b losing..but hey atleast im not gaining anything back at the minute so i cant get too upset…)
Please just give me advice, from excerise that helps u, youtube workouts that burn calories, fat, etc…

have you tried interval training? this is where you do some lighter exercise for a few minutes, then go really hard for a minute, then back to the easier exercise, gradually increasing the length of the really strenuous sections. it’s kind of very efficient if you don’t have a lot of time to dedicate. so in your case you might walk for ten minutes, then do some jumping jacks, then walk a bit more, then do some jumping jacks and run a bit, gradually decreasing the walking and increasing the length of time running/jumping.

also, sometimes trying out different kinds of exercise can be useful; your body can get ‘used to’ a particular kind of exercise so it becomes too easy for you.

i have found that i never lost any weight from exercise, just felt heaps better and got a lot fitter and better looking. to weigh less i just eat less. exercise will make you healthier though.

I am going to start losing wieght. I have worked hard over the summer to gain a lot of bulk and I would like to lose body fat, with muscle loss to a minimum. I am 13, but trust me, I still know quite a bit about losing, and gaining weight. Just any tips you have will help.

Well than diet and do cardio. That will help lose weight and keep your muscle mass. Also you can do cardio in the morning, right when you wake up. This burns fat directly. Also always work out when you diet and do cardio. Hope this helps.

I want to lose about 4 stone, my mate who trains loads said that he would help. He recomended that I do an hour of cardio every morning before I eat then have a protein shake have a low GI diet in the day everyday for a month. He believes this will improve my heart and build up muscle and stamina before he starts me on some weight training. Is this a good regime any diet advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated

Your mate is right on. He is very well informed. Do exactly what he says and you’ll lose weight and be much healthier.

Everybody ought to adopt a low GI diet. I wish I would. My wife has for many years.

I’m looking for just a little boost of fat-loss. I’m within ten pounds of my goal (lost 15 already), but took the summer off for the most part due to circumstances beyond my control. I’ve probably gained back a little of it. So, what’s a natural weight-loss supplement that could help give me the little boost I need to make it to where I want to go?
