How can I lose weight fast, without taking any pills or drugs?
I’m concerned about my health. I’m very unhealthy and overweight. Its not so much what my body looks like, but more of how I feel and how my health is. My mother has diebeties, and if I’m going to keep myself from getting it, I need to lose weight.
Is there a fast way to lose weight?

Make sure you eat healthy and exercise. You can try walking and biking more. It works really well, to lose weight that way, especially during the spring/summer. Good luck losing weight!

I excercise 3 times a week, however, I cant seem to get rid of the fat above my waist line. I believe this is one of my genetic disorders, will i be able to get rid of it?

a lady on here said its dodgy after a while but iv not heard that before. as far as i have been told its your body peeing out your fat. my diet counselor says they use the cambridge diet in hospitals and stuff. i was told it was very healthy.isn’t it?

Don’t let your body go into ketosis. I have experienced it and it’s not worth it. I ended up in the hospital. Plus, it causes the worst breath ever, no matter what you do. It’s not healthy.

can anyone give me some at-home weight loss exercises ex. pushups, situps? The only thing I have at home is a treadmill and i want to lose some weight without going to the gym, which is like 25 miles away..

1-run on the treadmill not walking speed but running speed for about 10 minutes or as long as u can go.
2-wall sits (sit on the air with back pressing the wall and stay there for a few)
3-bicycle(lie down on the floor and put your legs up and start like riding an air bicyle.)
4-lie down on the floor with your legs in the bicycle position together and then put your arms up near the floor and flap up and down.
5-go on fit tv online and see if you can find some videos and do them.(cardio kickboxing is good.)
