if your face has filled out, it’s most likely you’ve gained weight in your body too. if that’s the case, go on a diet and exercise (more). if that’s not the case, do facial muscle & toning exercises.

If you have gained weight in your face, your body has gained weight too. Try going to the gym a couple times a week or even light jogging or walking as well as water, lots of water, and you will see your face start to go down. I’ve lost 13 pounds just by eating well, going to the gym and drinking lots and lots of water!
