Has anyone tried this? What’s the big secret to getting rid of these alien monsters from the body?
Ktru, pay attention, please.
WMG: Thanks for the advice. I’m not looking to buy any weight loss aid cause I don’t need it, I’m just fascinated by this woman’s claims and am wondering if anyone has read her ebook.

Good luck finding your answers! To me I’d say the big secret is loving yourself enough to make the right choices because YOU love yourself and care about your health and how you feel. Daily exercise that is fun exercise to you and allowing yourself to stop and think if what you are about to eat is gonna help your body or is just nice tasting clutter that will make you feel worse is what does the trick for me. Make sure to find good alternatives to still pamper yourself without giving your body a hard time.
