There are so many form of Arthritis. There are at least 100 of it. I believe my case is Osteoarthritis because I feel pain in my joints and bones at the same time. I tried to research the word osteoarthritis and I found out that word was derived from three greek words, osteo meaning “bone” and arthro meaning “joint” and itis meaning ”inflammation”.

From the word and meaning of it I know that this is my health condition. Some say that green tea tablets can help with this condition. Green tea tablet have a property that reduces the inflammation in the body, so to that sense any form of inflammation in the body can be treated with green tea tablets, but since this is not proven yet. It is better to consult you doctor first before you begin your treatment. I would love to try the green tea tablet and see how it will work on my condition. Since it is all natural, I think it be safe and be beneficial for my health.
