If i run for 5 minutes continuously then have a 5 minute breather …i do this for 6 times continuously so ! 30 minutes of running with 30 minutes of breather
IS THIS better or
Continuous brisk Walk for 60 minutes.
Which one is gonna be better for burning calories ?????????
Continuous brisk walk for 45 – 60 mins is better.
I have lost 2 kgs already.
I have been doing this for about 2 weeks now. Well with 1 kg per week imagine where I will land in about 4 weeks from now.

The doctor said i could excercise but to avoid excercises that sweat a lot. My question is what are excercises you can do without sweating a lot? So far I have not been able to think of much: weight lifting, yoga-anything else?
I would not really consider walking an excercise- it is more like a way for people to avoid doing a hard workout.
I’d suggest walking, because it’s very easy and relatively low impact. You could also try some water exercises (like water aerobics with your legs) – just cover up your cast with some plastic and don’t dunk your arm into the water.

I am 15 and I want to lose some weight. Is walking two miles every day going to work? I am slightly overweight.
It all depends on how much you eat. As I’m sure you know, if you burn more calories than you take in, you will lose weight. If you walk two miles a day and eat healthy, you should be able to lose weight, although it might be rather slow. If you want to increase your exercise, you can try to walk up hills, you can mix walking and jogging, or walk with weights. If you add some short bursts of speed and energy into each workout, you will be more successful in losing weight. But, if you are disciplined with your eating and you walk, you will certainly lose weight. Good luck and keep at it!
