Hi, I want to lose fat while maintaining muscle mass. Would 100% Whey Protein (ON) and L-Carnitine be a good and realistic combination to reach this goal? I’m a little short on money so that’s why I can only afford one type of muscle building & maintaining supplement and one type of fat loss supplement. And if that’s not a good combination, what would you say is?
First of all it is great that you are using a protein powder as the weight that you lose will be fat and muscle unless you are careful.
Try the following things to lose fat.
Eat very often, 6 or 7 times a day
Make sure that every meal has protein
Cut the carbs in your diet.
Since you are eating lots of protein make sure you are drinking enough water to metabolize it.
The most important thing to do to lose weight is to restrict calories while you are getting lots of exercise to keep your metabolism up. This is the reason that you need to take in the extra protein.

Ok, I’ve gained muscle in the past year by going to the gym regularly every other day, and I must say it’s done wonders!
I want to lose fat and don’t really have a time limit to do it in, so I don’t mind taking my time with it.
What are some supplements that will help with fat loss?
I know you can’t rely on any of them if you don’t do some type of aerobic exercise, but I’d like to know if there are any that has actually helped shorten some time in losing fat. I heard Hydroxycut is a good supplement.
My husband took Hydroxycut and saw great results. Just make sure there is no Ephdera in it!

I’m weight training and trying to build muscle. I also want to burn fat. I want to try a fat burner but I am afraid it will make me lose muscle mass.
Fat burning pills help to burn FAT only, but you need to be careful because fat contains water too and you could dehydrate easily. Gatorade or the same type of water replenishes the element you lose wheen sweating and excecising . You don’t want to lose to fast as the skin will SAG. It needs time to shrink with the loss of fatty tissue.
remember the years on= the years off depending on your metabolism. And proper diet is also a big plus.
