many of the websites say — fat reduction from a spot is not possible, like say doing just ab crunches wont reduce the stomach fats. u need to workout ur whole body for it.
so all i wanna ask here is that why are some people fat at the stomach area only while others are fat all around the body. what caused such a difference
Diet and genetics. Some foods cause you to gain weight in your middle (starches, white breads). Genetics can make you prone to gain weight in different places, like having a big booty.

Think about, one arm gets used far more than the other yet that arm is not skinny and the other fat.
One arm will have more muscle because you use it more often and do more work with it. The muscle is larger and appears more toned.

Bodyweight exercise training is a cheap, fast, and effective way to burn fat without cardio exercise. You really dont need to go to a gym if you want to lose weight, burn belly fat, and get a flat stomach.
You know why? Because the truth is that diet is the most important part of fat loss, and as long as you have a good diet and you are eating fewer calories than you need, youll be able to lose weight and burn belly fat with almost any program.
But in todays crazy economy, most folks dont have the money to join a gym or get a personal trainer or have a treadmill at home, so we have to find cheaper and even FREE ways to burn belly fat.
So I want to give you this seven exercise bodyweight circuit that really targets the body for fat loss. We dont need any fancy equipment, and you can do this in the comfort of your own home, anytime of the day. You could also do it while traveling.
Below is an outline of the seven-exercise circuit:
1)Jumping Jacks
2)Y-squat
3)Spiderman Push-up
4)Reverse Lunge
5)Plank-to-Push-up
6)Prisoner Siff Squat
7)Cross Body Mountain Climber
For each of these exercises you will want to perform 8-12 repetitions and if you are really strong and fit, then you could even do as many at 15 repetitions. Go through the circuit with no rest between exercises. Once completing the circuit, rest for 1 minute and then repeat the circuit up to 3 times in total.

I’m a 17 year old girl 5′3 and 175lbs. I’m on a diet program right now, but I know I need to add exercise for optimum weight loss except I don’t know how to use my time at the gym for the best results of fat reduction and muscle gain. I go 2 hours everyday. What should I do in this time?
Generally, you need to be doing a mix of cardio and weights. Doing weights will help you build lean muscle, which will in turn help you burn more calories and rid yourself of fat. Maybe try walking on the treadmill at a steady pace, or even running or jogging if you feel ready to do it. If you are willing to spend the money, maybe meet with a personal trainer. Tell them what you want to achieve as far as your weight and fitness level and they should be able to devise an exercise plan to help you reach that goal. It’s also important to do exercise with someone who specializes in that area of expertise so you don’t hurt yourself or overdo it, especially with the weights.
Best of luck!
