its hiding atleast 2 inches of my wong
I think you’d probably be better off to partake in some sort of a weight reduction program like eating less, changing your dietary habits, exercise more, that sort of thing. It will take longer, but the American way of instant gratification isn’t always the best way. And there will be other benefits too, like potentially living longer.

All you need is right here… The Chet Day link will have a 21 day diet plan that is great for losing weight. I don’t know if it’s still free or not.
Here’s all you need to lose weight. First, you have to realize there is no quick, long lasting weight loss plan or pill that is going to do the trick. It’s purely mental. You have to learn to “Eat to live, don’t live to eat”. Sounds simple, doesn’t it? It is, if you understand that you are going to be reprogramming how you think about eating for the next few weeks. Old habits die hard, right? Not really. You get rid of bad habits by replacing them with good habits. If you learn to count your calories, keep calorie intake lower than output, exercise moderately, and eat only healthy food, you will lose weight. That’s a fact. All it takes is repetition. All success stories have this in common: The successful folks among us know how to be patient, persistent, and consistent. Set a goal and stick with it. The benefits of feeling good will outweigh any sense of sacrifice you might feel about having to push away that cake and ice cream. Here are some helpful and healthy links to help you get started on your way:

Hey, im a guy age 16, 6 feet tall and weigh about 175, no where near overweight about an average. My question is i wanna lose some stomach fat so I got a personal trainor which i do 3 times a week to help me do this. I also run 6 miles 6 days of the week and i don’t eat any fast food or almost any prepared food, i usually make my own home cooked food all natural. So my question is why am I no longer able to cut off any pounds which I dont really want to do, and why cant i get the thin layer of fat on my abs and slightly on my pecs to go away. It almost unreal how much i work out and eat good food.
Eating fresh fruits and veggies that have lots of nutrition and cutting out fat and salt in your diet will help reduce the fat.
Here’s an article also that explains some different stomach exercises that can help tighten up your stomach and build up your abs:
