I want to loose fat in my legs, but also gain muscle, how do i do it?
Walking is the best way. Walking up and down flights of stairs will work quicker. Walk up and down the stairs 25-30 times a day. Up then down = 1!! Work up to the 25-30 since it’s not as easy as it sounds!!

i have like a beer belly ( i don’t drink) but its the only way i can describe it and a muffin top… also how do i loose fat on my arms? and calve area but mainly the stomach and muffin top PLEASE HELP D:
will walking an hour everyday work? or should i walk more? is jogging better?
