I want to loose FAT not muscle
How many calories should I consume if I exercise? [3 Days of Cardio, the rest Resistance/Weight lifting training]
I want to loose only fat in order to get my BF percentage down

First of all, losing fat content and building muscle do not go well together. Primarily because it takes a lot of calories to build muscle, and calories are what you’ll be concerned with if you want to lose fat. The recommended daily caloric intake is 2000 without exercise. So if you are doing cardio- which is exactly what you should be doing- you will be losing fat at a moderate pace. If you really want to shred the pounds, do aerobic, which is the same as cardio, but for at least 20 minutes at a time. Then once you get your fat content down, you can work on building muscle. I weigh an average 127 lbs and all of m weigh is on my thighs and butt. What are some exercises that i can do to loose fat off the thighs and butt in two weeks. School starts then and i would like to be at least 120 by the time school starts.

Oh just to let you know, i have a treadmill at home. I walk and run on it everyday. But what else can i do?

I really despise running, its just too painful. I realy like the eliptical but don’t have access to one. Can I loose fat by weight training alone?

No. It doesn’t burn enough calories. You have to do something to get your heart rate up. Could you bike, or swim, or hike?
