I want to get stronger and more toned but i am skinny so i don’t need to loose weight? What kind of diet should i be one while im doing this work out to achieve this?

How can I use muscle weight or just muscle size or something because i’m 16 and I have big arms and I am a cheerleader and I am a flyer and it seems harder to lift me up so I really gutta loose weight. So how can I loose my HUGE arms sorta fast please! And.. How can I loose weight fast? Thankyoou!

I am 5’4 and 308 lbs. I desperately want to loose weight. I have some joint problems with my lower extremities so I am not just uncomfortable when I try to exercise, I am in pain. I tried to do sit ups but I get nauseous and lightheaded with every sit up I make. Is there something that I can do? I am considering lap band surgery. But I don’t want to take such a drastic measure if I can find another solution. Help Please!

I suggest using a gradual approach, because there is more to being vegetarian than just stopping eating meat. You need to learn new recipes and you need to learn where to get all the nutrients from that you used to get from eating meat.

1) Stop eating red meat first.
2) Figure out which meals you cook are already vegetarian. Probably you each a few veggie meals a week without noticing. Mushroom omelet, macaroni & cheese, risotto, breakfast cereal etc.
3) Buy a couple of good vegetarian cook books and gradually start learning some everyday type recipes.

My mini rex rabbit Sparky is about 6 ounces over weight and he needs to loose it by May 31st for a rabbit show.He is a great show rabbit but i need him to loose weight so he wont get disqualitfied.

if you could give him a bigger play pen and put some tubes with hay and some sand buckets, so he can dig and run true the tubes he should loose some weight playing and digging
also only feed once a day but give unlimited hay
