There is an actress named Tamika Katon-Donegal who made her acting debut in TLC’s music video for Unpretty. She played the plus-size girl who turned to bulimia to cope with her weight. In the end she finds confidence to wear a swimsuit and feel proud of her body. She was the hostess on Teen Talk, a syndicated talk show on teen issues and there also she told viewers that she thought of herself positively and on par with smaller-sized individuals.
I thought when I first saw her that she was beautiful almost perfect (I do have a preference for larger women). But recently, I have seen her in an informercial for Barry’s Boot Camp weight loss program where she says she’s proud she can’t wear the shorts she wore in the Unpretty music video anymore.

I feel heartbroken because she was so gorgeous to me. How can someone, like me a fat admirer, respond to that? How would you feel when someone does that?
to don’t believe: Who says weight loss is an "improvement". Not me .My opinion isn’t always true for everyone, but I’m sure it’s not always false.
to hey down there: I have the right to like such a quality in a person just like many folks say it’s okay to be gay. I just like fat on a woman and for many females, who I adore for their inner qualities, it compliments and fits them well, to me.
the way i see it, just because you are improving a certain aspect of yourself, doesn’t mean that you were unhappy with it before.
for example, if someone gets 80% average grades in school, and they improve to 90%, it doesn’t mean those 80s are bad! it just means they improved a part of themselves (academics, study habits, etc).
similarly, if this actress improved a part of herself, that’s great for her; but it doesn’t mean she wasn’t happy with her weight before. the added benefit of losing weight is of course one of improved general health. there is no reason to put your cardiovascular system under stress to be heavier. it’s fine.
– i think weight loss is an improvement because of the health benefits it provides to one’s cardiovascular system.

Michael Phelps eats 12,000 calories of food a day to win all those gold medals. If that’s so, Phil and Sandy surmise that Fat Guys should be the best swimmers! To put it to the test they gorge themselves on an Olympian sized meal that follows Phelps own regiment. Then they jump in the pool to race against a real collegiate Swim Team to go for the gold!

I’m thirteen, 5 foot 9 inches and 187 lbs. yes, mainly body fat, and at thirteen i am entering the world of trying to get laid, so im trying to lose weight and build body mass, i am doing this routinehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ctfe4HwAb48 every morning starting monday, (im on vacation) along with benching and pull ups, so if you have any other ideas for good weight loss + bulking up pleas post but here is my main question.
meals, the other video i watched said that i should eat 4-5 meals a day, small and eat 2 veggies/fruits before hand, so i was wondering which is best? also what are good easy meals? also, when should i wake up and when should i go to sleap? also when should i eat my meals?
