Your refrigerator, freezer, and cabinets are a reflection of your health. You are literally what you eat. Take a look through my fridge and find out what I put into my body. Just about everything is organic. My meats are grass-fed. And my milk is raw.

You’ll notice that my fridge isn’t overstuffed like most. I like to shop twice a week. Why? Because real foods go bad! Preservation is the opposite of digestion!
