For most beginners this simply means working your way up to walking within your Targeted Heart Rate Zone for up to 45 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Fast pace walking is the very best way to melt fat away, especially for a beginner.

Then, if you want to take your exercise to the next level, in 90 days you can completely transform your body and get as skinny and as sexy as you want to get, simply by working out for 45-60 minutes, 6 days a week.

5. Once You Do All of the Above -

Then the key is to keep up with you new daily routine. DON’T GO BACK TO YOUR OLD WAYS! If you do, you will be a Nitwit!
